The Old Bushmills Distillery has been in operation for over 400 years! With this 10 year old it offers a whiskey resulting from a triple distillation of 100% malted barley and which has matured for a minimum of 10 years in barrels used mainly for bourbon . The result is a whiskey of delicious freshness, lively with characteristic notes of vanilla and honey, highlighted by a touch of spices.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bushmills - 10 yrs - Single Malt
  • 20 ml Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
  • 10 ml Demerara Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the Bushmills - 10 yrs - Single Malt, Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth, Demerara Syrup, and Angostura Bitters.
  3. Stir gently until well-chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink.
