Tasting notes

Henri Ducourt purchased a few hectares of vines in the commune of Cessac. This property is made up of various hamlets, including Redon, which owes its name to the gently rounded shapes of the land, "redon" meaning "round" in Occitan. With a dark ruby colour, Château Redon 2018 reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, a hint of violet, intermingled with spicier notes. On the palate, the attack is sweet and fruity with a beautiful aromatic persistence. It is a complete wine that will reveal different flavours around various charcuterie but also simmered dishes.
