Divici is a producer based in the Prosecco DOC region of Veneto, in northeastern Italy. The house specializes in sparkling wine production, working within one of Italy's most significant appellation frameworks for fizzy wines.

Prosecco DOC wines are produced from the Glera grape variety, which thrives in Veneto's continental climate and limestone-rich soils. The region is known for its method of production—typically tank fermentation rather than bottle fermentation—which preserves the fresh, fruit-forward character that defines the style. Prosecco DOC represents a defined geographical area with strict production standards, distinct from the broader Prosecco category. These wines are generally lighter and crisper than their méthode champenoise counterparts, with lower alcohol and higher residual sugar typical of the appellation.

Divici's current range includes an Extra Dry expression, which sits toward the drier end of the Prosecco spectrum while still retaining the characteristic softness and approachability of the style. Extra Dry Prosecco typically contains between 12 and 17 grams per liter of residual sugar, offering a balanced profile between perceivable sweetness and acidity.
