A great bottle from an essential Domaine of Languedoc! It is one of the most beautiful vintages of this appellation, an incredible vintage and a most interesting blend! A vinification specific to Rivesaltes which preserves part of the natural sweetness contained in the fruit. The aging under wood is done in tuns, demi-muids or barrels. They will continue a slow maturation which lasts more than fifty years. All this vinification process creates an exceptional, unique wine. On the nose, there are aromas of black fruits and gingerbread. On the palate, it is very long, frank on the attack, balanced, powerful and suave.
