Arhumatic Mojito

Arhumatic Mojito is a shaken cocktail made with Arhumatic - Mentha (Mint), served in a highball.

Sprig of fresh mint

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Arhumatic - Mentha (Mint) Rum
  • 30 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 22.5 ml Simple syrup
  • 8-10 Fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. Add the Arhumatic - Mentha Rum and fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Double-strain the cocktail into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.

Serve

Highball glass

Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, placed in the glass.

Serve with a metal straw.
