Ingredients
- 60 ml Citadelle - Gin
- 30 ml Elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add Citadelle - Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Top with 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters.
