Heavensake is a contemporary sake producer based in Japan that focuses on creating premium sake expressions. The brand represents a modern approach to traditional Japanese sake brewing, working with established breweries to produce refined junmai ginjo-style sakes that bridge traditional craftsmanship with contemporary presentation.

Junmai ginjo represents one of the higher classifications in sake production, requiring rice to be polished to at least 60% of its original size and fermented using only rice, water, yeast, and koji mold without any added alcohol. This category is known for producing sakes with delicate, complex aromatics and clean, refined flavors that showcase the subtle interplay between the rice variety used, the brewing water, and the specific koji and yeast strains employed during fermentation.

The current Heavensake range includes a junmai ginjo produced in collaboration with Hakkushika, a historic brewery known for its technical precision in sake production.
