Viña Aquitania - Lazuli - Cabernet Sauvignon

Blended with 10% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot, the 2021 Lazuli Cabernet Sauvignon matured in 30% new oak for 22 months. The nose presents a lovely minty, herbal purity with impressive focus, leading to a rich yet balanced palate enlivened by a seamless, vibrant energy. The finish offers a delicious mix of savory earth-tinged undertones accompanied by an elegantly drying structure. This is a beautiful expression of Chilean terroir with a European influence. It should age beautifully through its first decade.
