Yamazaki 12 year Old is a pioneering malt in Japan, for which Suntory deserve great credit. In its early days, it was rounded and delicate...now it is more intense, confident and elegant. On the nose; peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange, vanilla, Mizunara (Japanese oak). On the palate; coconut, cranberry, butter and to finish sweet ginger, cinnamon, long finish.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Yamazaki 12 yrs
- 30 ml orange juice
- 15 ml grenadine syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- Ice cubes

Instructions:
1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add Yamazaki 12 yrs, orange juice, grenadine syrup, and lemon juice.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
5. Garnish with a slice of orange and serve.
