The 2017 Pinot Noir Réserve "Cuve 7" is based on destemmed grapes whose juice was fermented for 15 days before aging in a large oak cask. Intense and spicy or even peppery on the charmingly fruity, cherry-scented and open, elegant nose, this is a pure, fresh and aromatic, finely concentrated, textured and finessed Alsace Pinot with stimulating, refreshing acidity and terroir-driven grip as well as tart dark and spicy cherry aromas on the saline and vivacious finish. 13.5% stated alcohol. Trimbach is a renowned wine producer located in the Alsace region of France. The Trimbach family has been producing wine for over 12 generations, dating back to 1626. The family's dedication to quality and tradition has made them one of the most respected wine producers in the world.

Trimbach is known for their dry, elegant white wines, particularly their Rieslings. The grapes used in their wines are grown in the region's unique terroir, which is characterized by its limestone soils and cool climate. Trimbach's wines are made using traditional methods, with a focus on minimal intervention in the winemaking process.

One of Trimbach's most famous wines is their Clos Sainte Hune Riesling. This wine is made from grapes grown in a single vineyard, and is only produced in exceptional vintages. The wine is known for its intense minerality and complex aromas of citrus and floral notes.

Trimbach also produces a range of other white wines, including Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Muscat. These wines are all made with the same attention to detail and focus on quality as their Rieslings.

In addition to their white wines, Trimbach also produces a small amount of red wine. Their Pinot Noir is made using grapes grown in the Alsace region, and is known for its delicate fruit flavors and light body.

Overall, Trimbach is a producer that is dedicated to producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Alsace region. Their wines are elegant, complex, and perfect for those who appreciate the art of winemaking.

Alsace is a region in northeastern France that is known for producing some of the finest white wines in the world. The region has a long history of winemaking, dating back to the Roman era. The wines of Alsace are made from a variety of grapes, including Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Muscat.

The style of production in Alsace is unique, as the wines are made in a dry style, with little to no residual sugar. This allows the natural flavors of the grapes to shine through, resulting in wines that are crisp, refreshing, and full of character.

The region is also known for its sparkling wines, which are made using the traditional method, similar to Champagne. These wines are made from a blend of grapes, including Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay, and are aged for several years before release.

Overall, the wines of Alsace are highly sought after by wine enthusiasts around the world, and are known for their exceptional quality and unique character. Whether you are a fan of dry whites or sparkling wines, Alsace has something to offer for every palate.
