- 60 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 30 ml Earl Grey tea syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Earl Grey tea syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg white, and orange bitters.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
