The distillery produces a range of aged rums using traditional Caribbean methods, combining both pot still and column still distillation techniques. Their production relies on molasses sourced from Barbadian sugar cane, fermented with a proprietary yeast strain that has been maintained for decades.

Barbados holds a significant position in Caribbean rum production, with regulations requiring that Barbadian rum be distilled, aged, and bottled on the island. The tropical climate accelerates the aging process, with rums maturing more rapidly than spirits aged in temperate climates due to higher rates of evaporation and wood interaction.
