The 2020 Meursault Village Le Limozin, aged in 25% new oak, felt a little withdrawn on the nose, a bit recalcitrant compared to the Les Grands Charrons. The palate is more expressive and delivers tangy mandarin and orange peel notes, a dab of brown spices matched with a fine line of acidity.
