Juve Y Camps follows the traditional method, also known as the Champagne method, which involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This method ensures that the wines develop complex flavours and a fine, persistent mousse.

The grapes used in the production of Juve Y Camps Cava are sourced from their own vineyards, which are located in the best terroirs of the Penedès region. The region's Mediterranean climate, with its warm summers and mild winters, provides the ideal conditions for growing the traditional Cava grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada.

The Reserva de la Familia is one of Juve Y Camps' flagship wines. Made from a blend of the three traditional grape varieties, this Gran Reserva Cava is aged for a minimum of 36 months in the cellar, allowing it to develop complexity and depth. The result is a wine with a pale golden colour, delicate bubbles, and a fine, persistent mousse.
