- 60 ml Havana Club Seleccion de Maestros
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water
- Crushed ice

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup.
2. Add the Havana Club Seleccion de Maestros and fill the shaker with ice.
3. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
