Ingredients:

- 60 ml Gin Mare
- 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Sprig of rosemary for garnish

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Gin Mare, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
3. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
