Chateau Prieure les Tours is a renowned wine producer located in the Bordeaux region of France. The history of this estate dates back to the 12th century when it was founded by the monks of the Saint-Emilion priory. The vineyards of Chateau Prieure les Tours are situated on the slopes of the Saint-Emilion plateau, which is known for its exceptional terroir.

The style of production at Chateau Prieure les Tours is traditional and focused on producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the terroir. The vineyards are planted with a variety of grape varieties, including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before being fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wines are then aged in oak barrels for up to 18 months before being bottled.

Chateau Prieure les Tours produces a range of wines, including red, white, and rose. The red wines are the most famous and are known for their rich, full-bodied character and complex aromas of black fruit, spice, and oak. The white wines are made from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes and are crisp, refreshing, and aromatic. The rose wines are made from a blend of red and white grapes and are light, fruity, and perfect for summer drinking.

The wines of Chateau Prieure les Tours are highly sought after by wine enthusiasts around the world. They have received numerous awards and accolades for their exceptional quality and are considered some of the best wines produced in the Bordeaux region. Whether you are a seasoned wine connoisseur or a casual drinker, a bottle of Chateau Prieure les Tours is sure to impress.

Bordeaux, in the southwest of France, needs little introduction as one of the world's most famous, prestigious and prolific wine regions. The majority of Bordeaux wines (nearly 90 percent of production volume) are the dry, medium- and full-bodied red Bordeaux Blends that established its reputation.

The finest (and most expensive) of these are the wines from the great châteaux of the Haut-Médoc and the Right Bank appellations Saint-Émilion and Pomerol. The former is focused (at the top level) on Cabernet Sauvignon, the latter pair on on Merlot.

The legendary reds are complemented by high-quality white wines based on Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc. These range from dry whites to challenge the best from the Burgundy region (Pessac-Léognan is particularly renowned) to the sweet, botrytized nectars of Sauternes.
