Ingredients:

- 60 ml Aperol - 100cl
- 90 ml Prosecco
- 30 ml soda water
- 15 ml fresh orange juice
- Orange slice for garnish
- Sprig of fresh mint for garnish

- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour in Aperol - 100cl, followed by Prosecco and soda water.
- Add fresh orange juice and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of fresh mint.

Serve in a large wine glass, topped with a fresh orange slice and a sprig of mint.
