Uco Valley is een wijnregio in de uitlopers van het Andesgebergte in Argentinië. De regio staat bekend om de productie van hoogwaardige wijnen, met name Malbec, vanwege de hoge ligging en het koele klimaat. De Uco Valley is verdeeld in drie subregio's: Tunuyán, Tupungato en San Carlos.
