Ingrediënten:

Ingrediënten:
- 60ml Fournier Fernand 10jr
- 30 ml vers citroensap
- 15 ml suikersiroop
- 1 eiwit
- Sodawater
- Citroenschijfje, ter garnering

Instructies:
1. Doe Fournier Fernand 10yrs, vers citroensap, suikersiroop en eiwit in een shaker.
2. Schud het geheel (zonder ijs) gedurende 10-15 seconden om het eiwit te emulgeren.
3. Voeg ijs toe aan de shaker en schud opnieuw gedurende 10-15 seconden.
4. Giet het mengsel in een longdrinkglas gevuld met ijs.
5. Voeg bruiswater toe en roer voorzichtig.
6. Garneer met een schijfje citroen en serveer.
