Celler del Roure is a Spanish winery located in Valencia, in the eastern coastal region of the same name. The estate produces wines under the Valencia Denominación de Origen, working within one of Spain's most historic winemaking areas that has been producing wine since Roman times.

The Valencia wine region benefits from a Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and mild winters, along with diverse soil types ranging from clay-limestone to sandy compositions.
