Ingrediënten:

Ingrediënten:
- 60 ml Fournier Fernand 30 jaar cognac
- 15 ml honingsiroop
- 15 ml vers citroensap
- 2 streepjes oranjebitter
- 1 eiwit
- Eetbare goudvlokken (ter garnering)

Instructies:
1. Doe de Fournier Fernand 30yrs cognac, honingsiroop, vers citroensap, sinaasappelbitter en eiwit in een cocktailshaker.
2. Schud het geheel (zonder ijs) gedurende 10-15 seconden om het eiwit te emulgeren.
3. Voeg ijs toe aan de shaker en schud nogmaals gedurende 10-15 seconden om de cocktail te koelen en te verdunnen.
4. Giet de cocktail in een gekoeld coupeglas.
5. Garneer met eetbare goudvlokken.
