De Montessu Isola dei Nuraghi combineert geplette viooltjes met hints van bramen en kruiden om een verleidelijk boeket te vormen. Dit is een vrouwelijke en ingetogen wijn die bosbessen met florale ondertonen, mineralen en sappige zuren laat zien. Het eindigt schoon en in balans met aanhoudende tonen van zoete pruim en zoethout. Hoewel deze vintage niet de kracht heeft die ik normaal gesproken associeer met deze wijn, is het een goed uitgebalanceerde expressie die zal excelleren aan tafel.
