The Bobal is aged in clay jars, which gives it some very characteristic nuances that fit perfectly with the intensity of the red fruits typical of this variety that is so widespread in the Manchuela area and neighbouring Utiel-Requena. A garnet red with ruby reflections with earthy tones and wild berries a very smooth, intense, and well-balanced wine that will make you enjoy every drop.
