Hepp Alsatian Whiskies, Premium Spirits Made in Alsace
Our artisanal Distillery has been producing Whiskies since 2007 with Tharcis Hepp, the father of Yannick Hepp, the current Master Distiller. The Hepp Distillery is at the origin of the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) Whisky Alsace which guarantees high quality with a Single Malt Whisky.
Our Distillery is located in Uberach in the Val de Moder with a remarkable production site.

The quality of our Whiskies is recognised by the number of Gold and Silver medals awarded to us at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris each year by our peers.

This Premium Quality of their Single Malt Whisky is possible thanks to the remarkable work of the Hepp family and their pursuit of excellence. A true single malt whisky with a complex and deep character in its aromatic palette is born in Northern Alsace. Its maturation in American oak barrels, French wine barrels, sherry barrels gives them a magnificent power, a breadth and the structure dear to connoisseurs.

The development of their Hepp Single Malt Whisky, a production 100% made in Alsace.
To produce a Whisky of great finesse, it is thanks to the beer brewing that the Météor Brewery in Hochfelden provided to them. The Brewery is 15 minutes from their Distillery, which allows them to work in a short circuit.

The Carl copper stills of 450L and 700L allow them to distil the entire production of Whisky with a double distillation.

The maturation or aging of their Whisky is 3 years minimum as the regulations define the maturation time.
