Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bushmills - Original
  • 20 ml green chartreuse
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Bushmills - Original, green chartreuse, lime juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
