Kawasemi, “the kingfisher”, is a unique sake because very expressive, rather smooth, and really fruity. It reveals notes of ripe pear, lychee, and spicy and slightly peppery scents. On the palate, it evolves on fruit juice before opening up to more cereal notes of breadcrumbs and finishing with slightly tart sensations. It leaves the palate fresh and available. Kawasemi is ideal for learning about sake but is perfect for connoisseurs for selected moments and pairings.

Kawasemi Blossom

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Asahara Shuzo Kawasemi Junmai Genshu
- 30 ml peach liqueur
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Edible flower for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine the Asahara Shuzo Kawasemi Junmai Genshu, peach liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with an edible flower and serve. Enjoy the delicate and fruity flavors!
