The grapes come from our vines in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, certified "organic wines" in 2019. Indeed, the Santini family wishes to cultivate its entire vineyard in organic farming to express the full potential of the terroirs. Grenache, the main grape variety in the composition of this wine, associated with Cinsault, are harvested by hand and then vinified in our cellar in Cassis. Very pale pink.It has a very aromatic nose, with finesse and seductive notes of small red fruits. The taste is expressive, with flavours of small red fruits, and freshness associated with a nice roundness. Nice persistence in the mouth.
