Domaine Vincent Careme

Domaine Vincent Carême is a winemaker based in Vouvray, in the Loire Valley's Touraine district. The domaine produces white wines exclusively, focusing on the distinctive terroir of this historic appellation.

Vouvray is defined by its Chenin Blanc grape, which thrives in the region's cool climate and calcareous soils derived from tufa limestone. The appellation produces wines across a spectrum of styles—from dry to sweet—depending on vintage conditions and winemaker preference. Chenin Blanc's naturally high acidity and capacity for concentration allow these wines to age exceptionally well, developing complexity over decades.

The current collection includes Le Peu Morier, a still white wine from the 2023 vintage. This bottling represents the range of dry to off-dry expressions typical of contemporary Vouvray production.
