Craft Irish Whiskey

Craft Irish Whiskey was established in 2018 by entrepreneur Jay Bradley, driven by a vision to restore Irish whiskey to its historic prominence.

The company honors centuries-old traditions while integrating modern scientific methods to refine the whiskey maturation process.

In November 2020, the company launched its inaugural release, The Devil’s Keep, a triple-distilled single malt whiskey distilled in 1991. This release set a record as the most expensive debut whiskey when a decanter sold at auction for $60,000 in Texas.

Following this, in February 2021, The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. collaborated with Fabergé to unveil The Emerald Isle, a 30-year-old single malt. This exclusive release sold for $2 million at auction, with all proceeds donated to the Correa Family Foundation, supporting children affected by cancer.
