Ingredients

  • 60 mlChivas Regal 25 yrs
  • 30 mlCrème de Violette
  • 15 mlFresh Lemon Juice
  • 10 mlHoney Syrup
  • 2Dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add Chivas Regal 25 yrs, Crème de Violette, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
  4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
  5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top

To serve

Serve with a silver straw
