Fortaleza Sunset

Ingredientes

• 60 ml Fortaleza Reposado Tequila
• 30 ml Amontillado Sherry
• 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 12 ml Agave Nectar
• 2 Dashes Mole Bitters
• 1 Dash Orange Bitters
• 5 ml Dry Vermouth

Preparación

1. Rinse a chilled coupe glass with dry vermouth and discard excess
2. Fill a mixing glass with large ice cubes
3. Add Fortaleza Reposado, Amontillado Sherry, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar to the mixing glass
4. Add mole bitters and orange bitters
5. Stir continuously for 12-15 seconds until properly diluted and chilled
6. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared coupe glass
7. Strain again through a bar spoon to ensure silky texture

Serve in a chilled coupe glass with dry vermouth rinse.
