Ingredients
- 60mlPegasus Distillerie Orion Gin
- 15mlCrème de Violette
- 20mlFreshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10mlHoney syrup (1:1 honey to water)
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Pegasus Distillerie Orion Gin, Crème de Violette, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
To serve
Served in a coupe glass with a lemon twist and a small sprig of lavender placed across the rim.
