Domaine Larue

Domaine Larue is based in Saint-Aubin, a small commune in the Côte de Beaune subregion of Burgundy. The domaine produces white wines from Chardonnay, the primary grape variety of this part of Burgundy.

Saint-Aubin sits between the more celebrated villages of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, and its vineyard sites share similar limestone-rich soils and southeast-facing aspects. The appellation is known for producing mineral-driven white Burgundies with good aging potential, though often at more accessible price points than neighboring villages. Premier Cru vineyards here, such as Murgers des Dents de Chien, are classified for their distinct terroir characteristics and typically produce wines with good structure and complexity.

The current range focuses on Premier Cru white Burgundy from Chardonnay. These are dry, unoaked or subtly oaked wines typical of the region, showing the characteristic combination of orchard fruit, floral notes, and mineral precision that Saint-Aubin is recognized for.
