- 20 ml honey syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml ginger liqueur
- Lemon twist for garnish

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Mitchell & Son - Yellow Spot - 12 yrs, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and ginger liqueur.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
