White Label Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Dewar's White Label
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Ice
- Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Dewar's White Label, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
