Golden Khmer
Golden Khmer is a shaken cocktail made with Samai - Gold, served in a coupe glass chilled to 2°c.

- Ice
- Large cube
- Garnish
- Dehydrated lime wheel placed horizontally on the foam surface, accompanied by 3 drops of 18-karat edible gold leaf suspended in the foam
Ingredients
- 60 ml Samai - Gold Rum
- 20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15 ml Honey Syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 10 ml Dry Curaçao
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 1 Egg White Pinch of Sea Salt
Method
- Add Samai - Gold Rum, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, dry curaçao, angostura bitters, egg white, and sea salt to a cocktail shaker without ice
- Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white
- Add a large handful of ice cubes to the shaker
- Shake for 15 seconds until well-chilled and frothy
- Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass
- Allow the foam to settle for 5 seconds before serving
Serve
Coupe glass chilled to 2°C. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel placed horizontally on the foam surface, accompanied by 3 drops of 18-karat edible gold leaf suspended in the foam. Present with a single large ice sphere in a separate crystal dish on the side, allowing the guest to add it if desired.
