Ingredients

  • 60 ml Captain Morgan - Original Spiced
  • 30 ml pineapple juice
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml simple syrup
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Captain Morgan - Original Spiced, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint.

Serve

A tall highball glass brimming with a golden-hued cocktail, topped with a vibrant pineapple wedge and a fresh mint sprig.
