Ingredients:
45 ml Kraken Spiced Rum
20 ml Dark Crème de Cacao
15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
10 ml Vanilla Syrup
25 ml Coconut Cream
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Sea Salt Solution
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Pour Kraken Spiced Rum, Dark Crème de Cacao, fresh lime juice, and vanilla syrup into the shaker
3. Add coconut cream to the shaker
4. Add Angostura bitters and sea salt solution
5. Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds until well-chilled
6. Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass
7. Stir gently to integrate all elements
Coupe glass chilled to 2°C. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel positioned on the rim and a fresh cinnamon stick laid horizontally across the glass surface. Dust the drink's surface with finely grated nutmeg in a thin, even layer. Serve with no ice.
