The 2018 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Pruliers is very promising, unwinding in the glass with scents of plums, dark chocolate, licorice and loamy soil. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and succulent, with powdery tannins, tangy acids and a mineral finish, this is quite an elegant Pruliers this year.
