Extremely pale yellow. Wonderfully alive in the nose, as subtle, woodsy scents of juniper, thyme and laurel make an impression. It's clean, dry and refreshing at palate entry; midpalate shows traces of citrus, pine and berries. Aftertaste is harmonious and medium-long.

Noilly Prat is a renowned French vermouth producer that has been crafting exceptional vermouths since 1813. The company was founded by Joseph Noilly and Louis Prat in the southern French port town of Marseillan, where it still operates today. Noilly Prat is known for its high-quality vermouths that are made using a unique blend of herbs and spices, which are carefully selected and sourced from around the world.

The production process for Noilly Prat vermouths is a closely guarded secret, but it is known that the herbs and spices are macerated in a neutral wine base for several weeks before being blended with a selection of aged wines. The resulting vermouth is then aged in oak barrels for up to a year, which gives it a rich and complex flavour profile.

Noilly Prat produces a range of vermouths, including its classic dry vermouth, which is a staple ingredient in many classic cocktails, such as the Martini and the Manhattan. The company also produces a sweet vermouth, which is perfect for adding depth and complexity to a range of cocktails.

Noilly Prat is a brand that is steeped in history and tradition, and its vermouths are renowned for their exceptional quality and flavour. Whether you are a professional bartender or a home mixologist, Noilly Prat vermouths are an essential ingredient in any well-stocked bar.
