De complexiteit van Bourgondië kan zelfs een doorgewinterde wijnprof angst inboezemen, maar vrees niet - de regio hoeft maar zo ingewikkeld te zijn als je zelf wilt. Belangrijkste druiven:

Pinot noir komt oorspronkelijk uit de Bourgogne en deze wijnstokken bedekken 34% van de regio, goed voor 29% van de totale wijnproductie.
