Rye Revival

Ingredients:
- 60 ml WhistlePig Rye 10 years
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 sprig of rosemary

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine WhistlePig Rye, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and Angostura bitters.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
