Bourbon Harvest Sour
Ingredients
- 60 mlBasil Hayden Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 30 mlfresh apple cider
- 20 mllemon juice
- 15 mlmaple syrup
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Basil Hayden Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, fresh apple cider, lemon juice, maple syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
- Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick
