Dada, a renowned wine producer hailing from the beautiful region of Bordeaux, France, is a true testament to the art and science of winemaking. With a history dating back to the 18th century, Dada has established itself as one of the most esteemed producers in the region, crafting exceptional wines that embody the terroir and traditions of Bordeaux.
Located in the prestigious appellation of Pauillac, Dada's vineyards are situated on the left bank of the Gironde estuary, known for its ideal climate and soil conditions for growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc grapes. The estate covers over 50 hectares of land, with a diverse range of soils that contribute to the complexity and depth of their wines.
Dada's winemaking philosophy is centered around the principle of minimal intervention, allowing the grapes to express themselves fully in the final product. This meticulous approach to winemaking results in wines that are balanced, elegant, and reflective of their terroir.
One of Dada's signature wines is their Grand Vin, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, which is aged for 15-18 months in French oak barrels. This wine is a true expression of Pauillac's unique terroir, with notes of blackcurrant, plum, and cedar, and a firm tannic structure that promises ageability. Dada's second wine, the Petit Lion, is also highly regarded, offering a more approachable and fruit-forward style while still maintaining the elegance and complexity of the estate's wines.
In addition to their exceptional red wines, Dada also produces a limited amount of white wine, made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes. This crisp and refreshing wine is a perfect representation of the diversity of
