Black Forest Elixir

Ingredients:

- 60 ml Monkey 47 Gin
- 20 ml black cherry liqueur
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
- Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish

- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Monkey 47 Gin, black cherry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and aromatic bitters.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
