This tequila is remarkably versatile, revealing the full aromatic depth of a fine Sherry cask influence.
On the nose, it opens with rancio and walnut, sweetened by hints of honey and almond. It evolves toward more exotic aromas—apricot, then prune and melon in port—lifted by a saline touch and a whiff of cedar.
On the palate, it is immediate and precise, with rich notes of nut and praline. The persistence of dried fruits is elegant and long-lasting, with no bitterness or dryness.
The finish is structured and smooth, with lingering notes of oak and a dominant dried fruit character.
