Ingredients

  • 60 mlSmith & Cross Navy Strength Rum
  • 30 mlFreshly squeezed lime juice
  • 22.5 mlDemerara syrup
  • 2 dashesAngostura bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add the Smith & Cross Navy Strength Rum, lime juice, Demerara syrup, and Angostura bitters
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

To serve

Served in a coupe glass, garnished with a lime wheel placed on the rim
