This is an angular and sharply contoured white wine with an intense sense of linearity and focus. The Greco di Tufo is a little reduced on first nose, but those flinty aromas lift quickly to show jack fruit, mulberry, fresh fig, and unsweetened citrus. The wine quickly builds momentum in the mouth and ultimately offers a firm, structurally pronounced approach that would pair beautifully with fried fish.
