- Thin lemon wheel twisted and placed on the rim, and a single Luxardo maraschino cherry suspended on a cocktail pick resting across the glass rim
Ingredients
- 45 ml Luxardo Limoncello
- 30 ml premium vodka
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- 10 ml honey syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice for shaking
- Egg white (optional, for silky texture)
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add vodka, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters
- Add egg white if using for a silky mouthfeel
- Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds until well-chilled
- Strain into prepared glass using a fine mesh strainer
- Slowly pour the Luxardo Limoncello and Luxardo maraschino liqueur together down the back of a bar spoon to create a layered effect
- Stir gently once to allow subtle blending
Serve
Coupe glass chilled for 5 minutes prior to service. Garnish with a thin lemon wheel twisted and placed on the rim, and a single Luxardo maraschino cherry suspended on a cocktail pick resting across the glass rim. Serve immediately while the layered effect is still visible.
